It started out raining this morning but around 11:00 it stopped so I decided to head out and look for some lunch. I also wanted to get some photos of the "cruise ship" I mentioned yesterday. The humidity is crazy, I was denched by the time I walked home (sounds so appealing doesn't it).
Wouldn't you be surprised to see a "cruise ship in the middle of sky scrappers?
I picked up some sushi, BBQ chicken wings, and chicken with rice which is what I had for lunch. I also found a wonderful bakery and purchased butter bread, it was so good (nice and warm fresh out of the oven).
After lunch I headed to the pool and got in some laps and relaxed reading a book. It was nice to be outside with no rain... All in all I got say it was a pretty good day.

Wonderful food! I hope your rain goes away soon. Mom and I are watching Nashville Star and the singer from Hallock, MN. Exciting in the northland. We had deviled eggs and other items to nosh on for our evening meal. Tomorrow--hot, hot.
