I wanted to say thank you to everyone who has posted a comment or sent me an e-mail after reading my blog, this is really fun way to communicate. I love reading your comments, keep them coming!!!!
My day started out early by preparing for an 11:00 meeting with one of my vendors. I took a taxi instead of the train due to getting of out the door later than I had expected and very happy I did. What a fantastic day for a drive the mountains are amazing, wish I had my camera with me. Tomorrow I have another meeting with the same vendor and then fly to Ningbo for a weekend of meetings.

Tuesday, July 1st
Temperature 28C, 68% humidity, bright, sunny, and gorgous
Today is a Chinese holiday, celebrating the founding of the Chinese Communist Party in 1921. I celebrated the day by hanging out at the pool swimming and reading my book. This has been the best weather I have experienced since I arrived. I tried my hand at the washing machine and succeeded (I called the front desk and asked instructions which you would also if you saw the instructions I received). The drying stage is one I have not conquered yet but have plans for it next week (boy my life sounds pretty exciting).
Lunch consisted of Fried Prawn Sushi, yummy combination! I'll have to add to my favorite things

Monday, June 30th
Temperature 28C, 99% humidity, raining
Does it ever stop? Just work today, nothing too exciting.

It sounds like you are so domestic! I am glad that you are having fun. Mom is chatting w Polly right now (she's at the lake). Why don't you email Dean and say what's up?

Life is quiet in TRF and the Swanson Cullen's are coming tomorrow.

Mary (minus Miss Angel).

I always wondered if it was Swanson Cullens or just Cullens.

Thanks Mary!

Hey Colleen!

(Leo)Nico told me about your blog. I figure I drop you a line and read about your experiences with Typoon, and everything else. By the way "cool" about the ship! I will also follow your blog and wish you the best, and I will keep writing!

Happy July 4th! I hope you have a great day and try to stay cool...it's beautiful up north today. Mom is off to church and Dennis is sleeping!

It is a L & O Marathon Day. Angel is fine-I talked to her last night and they are in Ohio for the holiday. She wanted me to talk to a kitten on the phone-joyful!
